W1212 — Water-Cooled UV LED Area Curing System, 12″ × 12″
Incure W1212 is the large-area configuration in the W-Series™ — 3,100 mW/cm² at 365 nm across a 12″ × 12″ array of 1,296 LEDs. The same LED count as the air-cooled L1212, but closed-loop water cooling drives the array at higher power: 94% more intensity at 365 nm (3,100 vs 1,600 mW/cm²) with no thermal drift across a full production shift. For processes that require full 12-inch panel coverage at sustained UV dose, the W1212 delivers what an air-cooled array at this scale cannot maintain over time.
9× More Curing Area Than the W44 — Full 12-Inch Panel in One Exposure
The W1212's 12″ × 12″ footprint covers 144 in² — nine times the 16 in² area of the W44. Full 12-inch PCB panels, conformal coating sections, large SMT assembly zones, and industrial gasket areas cure in a single repositioning-free exposure. Processes that require multiple W44 exposures — or multiple passes under a smaller flood lamp — become single-step operations at the W1212 scale.
C191C Chamber Compatible — Controlled UV Enclosure at Production Scale
The W1212 pairs with the Incure C191C cure chamber — it is the only W-Series™ configuration that does. The C191C encloses the full 12″ × 12″ curing zone in a UV-shielded enclosure with drawer-activated UV shut-off, protecting operators from stray irradiance and preventing UV exposure of adjacent assemblies during batch curing at full production intensity. The C131C and C131D chambers that fit the W44 do not accommodate the W1212's larger footprint.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 365 nm exceeds 385/395/405 nm output for the W1212 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at 365 nm for high-power water-cooled configurations. Recommended curing distance 1″–3″; static intensity uniformity at 2.0″: 0.78; dynamic uniformity at 2.0″: 0.88. Wavelength is factory-configured at order; specify 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, or 405 nm when ordering. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life. Compatible with C191C cure chamber only — the C131C and C131D chambers do not accommodate the W1212's 12″ × 12″ footprint.
