UV LED Flood Conveyor Curing System — Incure CDM™ + L64

Incure CDM™ L64 is the 4-inch-lane-sized alternative to the CDM™ + L88 — a UV LED flood conveyor curing system pairing the CDM™ 9″ polypropylene belt conveyor with a 6″×4″ flood head shaped for the standard 4-inch PCB panel lane, where the wider L88 configuration over-irradiates. Delivered as a complete system — conveyor chassis plus lamp head — it provides 1,900 mW/cm² at 385/395/405 nm (1,600 mW/cm² at 365 nm) at 2″ working distance, belt-speed dose control from 4,750 to 38,000 mJ/cm² UVA, PLC / RS-232 / foot-switch integration, and >20,000-hour LED service life for inline adhesive bonding, conformal coating, and encapsulant cure at up to 4″ maximum part width.

Full 6″×4″ Flood Area — No Beam Alignment Between Runs

The L64 flood head delivers UV simultaneously across the entire 6″×4″ curing footprint — unlike M-Series focused-beam configurations (M51: 5″×1″, M62: 6″×2″) that require the bond line to track precisely through a narrow beam width. Parts up to 4″ wide cure in a single pass without fixturing adjustments or beam-position setup between product changeovers.

6″×4″ Non-Square Format Fits the Standard 4-Inch PCB Panel Lane

Standard PCB panel conveyors run 4-inch lane fixtures. The L64's 6″ illumination length along the belt-travel direction covers standard panel gap-to-gap spacing, while the 4″ width bounds the lane precisely — irradiating only the assembly without wasting UV dose on belt material or fixture hardware outside the panel edge. The L88 (8″×8″) over-irradiates laterally on a 4-inch lane; the L64 is shaped for it.

1,900 mW/cm² at 385/395/405 nm — Full Flood Intensity at 4″ Part Width

The L64 delivers the same 1,900 mW/cm² peak intensity at 2″ working distance as the wider L88 configuration, in the 6″×4″ non-square footprint sized for standard PCB panel tracks and 4-inch fixture lanes — without paying for the 8″×8″ L88 area that 4″-wide assemblies never use.

Peak intensity at 385/395/405 nm exceeds 365 nm output for the L64 array — this is a characteristic of LED die efficiency at these wavelengths. LED curing energy values are estimated based on measured irradiance profile, illuminated length in the belt-travel direction, and belt speed. Actual dose may vary depending on working distance, beam profile, part height, reflectivity, and measurement method. Uniformity values are typical measurements on the CDM™ conveyor, with ±5% measurement variation. Per-configuration wattage, machine dimensions, and weight available on request. Wavelength is factory-configured at time of order — contact Incure for wavelength selection guidance based on adhesive photoinitiator absorption peak.
