UV LED Flood Conveyor Curing System — Incure CDM™ + L88

Incure CDM™ L88 is the full-width configuration for parts the CDM™ + L64's 4-inch lane cannot clear — a UV LED flood conveyor curing system pairing the CDM™ 9″ polypropylene belt conveyor with an 8″×8″ flood head that covers round, irregular, and multi-row assemblies with no lane-width constraint. Delivered as a complete system — conveyor chassis plus lamp head — it provides 1,900 mW/cm² at 385/395/405 nm (1,600 mW/cm² at 365 nm) across the full 8″×8″ curing footprint at 2″ working distance, belt-speed dose control from 6,325 to 50,600 mJ/cm² UVA, PLC / RS-232 / foot-switch integration, and >20,000-hour LED service life for inline adhesive bonding, conformal coating, and encapsulant cure at up to 8″ maximum part width.

Doubles the Maximum Part Width — 8-Inch Parts That Cannot Fit the CDM™ + L64

The CDM™ + L64 cures assemblies up to 4 inches wide. CDM™ + L88 doubles that ceiling to 8 inches — handling wider PCB panels, multi-row SMT assemblies, and larger substrates that exceed the L64's lane width without requiring a second pass or a reconfigured conveyor.

Square 8″×8″ Format — No Part Shape Constraint on the Line

The L64's 6″×4″ non-square footprint is optimized for 4-inch PCB panel lanes. The L88's 8″×8″ square footprint covers every part orientation: round lenses, irregular-perimeter substrates, multi-row assemblies, and non-panel parts that the 4-inch lane constraint of the CDM™ + L64 cannot accommodate in a single conveyor pass.

1,900 mW/cm² Across the Full 8″×8″ Area — 2.67× More Coverage Than the CDM™ + L64

576 LEDs deliver 1,900 mW/cm² at 385/395/405 nm uniformly across the complete 8″×8″ (203 mm × 203 mm) curing footprint — 2.67 times the curing area of the 6″×4″ CDM™ + L64 configuration at the same peak intensity and belt-speed dose range.

Peak intensity at 385/395/405 nm exceeds 365 nm output for the L88 array — this is a characteristic of LED die efficiency at these wavelengths. LED curing energy values are estimated based on measured irradiance profile, illuminated length in the belt-travel direction, and belt speed. Actual dose may vary depending on working distance, beam profile, part height, reflectivity, and measurement method. Uniformity values are typical measurements on the CDM™ conveyor, with ±5% measurement variation. Per-configuration wattage, machine dimensions, and weight available on request. Wavelength is factory-configured at time of order — contact Incure for wavelength selection guidance based on adhesive photoinitiator absorption peak.
