L1344™ — Multi-Head UV LED Spot Curing System (4 Heads)
Incure L1344™ drives four independently programmed UV LED heads from one compact touchscreen controller. Each head has its own working mode, intensity and exposure time, so four bond points on one assembly — or four separate fixtures — cure from a single unit. Up to 18,000 mW/cm² peak intensity, 365–470 nm, built-in power supply, PLC inputs and outputs and RS-232 for automated lines.
4 Heads, Each With Its Own Program
Every head is independently controlled and set to its own working mode: intensity from 10–100% in 1% steps, exposure time from 0.1–999.9 s or continuous, with step and pulse modes and up to 99 stored programs. Constant-output mode (default below 80% output) holds irradiance constant regardless of temperature. The touchscreen shows live temperature, status and time for every head and records LED working hours and temperature.
Built for Automation — PLC I/O, RS-232 and Foot Switch
4 PLC head inputs plus status outputs (start, stop, working, alarm) let a line controller trigger each head and monitor the system. RS-232 sets program parameters, allows PC/PLC control and supports firmware updates. One foot switch or sensor can trigger any group of 1–4 heads. A fault alarm with automatic shut-down and a key lock for settings protect the process.

Quartz LEDs with aviation-grade heat sinks and quartz optical lenses deliver up to 18,000 mW/cm²** at the work surface. Peak wavelength is chosen at order: 365, 385, 395, 405, 450 or 470 nm (±10 nm). Instant on/off with no warm-up or cool-down, and an expected LED life of more than 20,000 hours*. Choose Compact Heads for timed exposures or Fan-Cooled Heads for long or continuous exposure; head cables of 3 m, 5 m or 10 m are rated for more than 1,000,000 bends at R30 mm.
