The L9000™ is engineered to eliminate calibration costs and logistics throughout its entire operating life. The Incure L9000™ UV LED spot lamp irradiation source does not require calibration at any point in its operating life. Unlike mercury arc spot lamps that require periodic recalibration, factory returns, and radiometer verification, the L9000™ is designed to remove that overhead entirely — no shipping costs, no production downtime.

The LEDs used in the Cool Guide, Short Guide, and Long Guide lightguide assemblies carry a rated operating life of 15,000 hours — equivalent to approximately 1,875 working days at 8 hours per day. At end of LED life, no calibration or service return is required. Simply replace the LED light source module and resume production immediately.

No Calibration Required
Zero calibration at any stage — no factory returns, no radiometer verification, no downtime.
15,000-Hour LED Life
Rated operating life of 15,000 hours — approximately 1,875 working days at 8 hours/day.
Replace the Module, Not the System
At end of LED life, swap the light source module and resume production — no system replacement needed.

  • No. The Incure L9000™ is calibration-free throughout its entire operating life. Unlike mercury arc spot lamps that require periodic recalibration and factory returns, the L9000™ requires no calibration at any stage. When the LEDs reach end of life after approximately 15,000 hours (1,875 working days at 8 hours/day), simply replace the LED light source module and resume production immediately.

  • The Incure L9000™ is available in five wavelength options: 365 nm, 375 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, and 405 nm. Each unit is factory-configured to a single wavelength — select the wavelength that matches your UV-cure adhesive's peak absorption spectrum.

  • The Incure L9000™ supports up to four independent lightguides running simultaneously from a single controller, making it suitable for multi-point curing on a single assembly or simultaneous curing across multiple fixtures.

  • At 365 nm and a 9 mm focal point distance, the Incure L9000™ delivers peak UVA irradiance of 7,500 mW/cm². Irradiance scales with working distance: 5,000 mW/cm² at 10 mm, 2,300 mW/cm² at 17 mm, and 1,200 mW/cm² at 20 mm.

  • The three lightguide configurations differ in head geometry and guide length. The Cool Guide features a compact 24 mm cube head with an 83 mm total guide length — ideal for tight-access applications. The Short Guide is 66 mm and the Long Guide is 118 mm, suited to different clearance requirements and focal distances.

  • The Incure L9000™ is compatible with any UV-cure adhesive specifying a cure wavelength between 365 nm and 405 nm, which covers the majority of UV acrylate, epoxy, and cyanoacrylate-based adhesives. Select the wavelength configuration that matches the peak absorption of your specific adhesive formulation.
